1 Year Manufacturing Warranty for battery and motor only

We offer complete peace of mind with every purchase and can supply parts after your warranty expires on request.

ESAL ELECTRIC SCOOTERS COME WITH GUARANTEE THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW(ACL).
ESAL products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 1 year from the date of purchase.

ESAL provides a 12-month parts & labour warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery, controller and motor assembly.

Who is covered?

The original purchaser, who bought the product from our website(online). Proof of purchase is required.

What is covered?

Workmanship or materials that are deemed faulty- providing the product has been used at all times in normal conditions, properly maintained and in accordance with the instructions.

What is not covered?

  1. This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damage to or failure of the product or any other losses due to accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, normal wear, improper assembly or improper maintenance. In no event shall ESAL be responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, and without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.
  2. This warranty is extended to the original owner only and does not cover any defect, malfunction or failure, which does not conform to the limited warranty abovementioned.

CUSTOMER COSTS WITHIN WARRANTY

The customer is responsible for any inward freight charge to return a product for warranty and or service.

CUSTOMER COSTS OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY

Where proof of purchase is not provided or a product is outside of the warranty period, the manufacturer’s representative reserves the right to charge a service fee and/or charge for parts replaced/repaired. A return freight charge may apply.

ESAL make no other warranties, express or implied, other than those specific warranties stated above which are limited in duration.

In the event that a fault does arise the following process will need to be followed:
