Changed Your Mind/ Doesn't Fit/ Not What You Expected?

We want you to love what you’ve bought from us. We offer 30 day returns on all products which you have bought from our ESAL online site.

You can return your order to us within 30 days of receival.

The product must be;

  1. unused
  2. with the goods undamaged
  3. and in its original packaging

we will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price.

Note: You will be liable to pay return courier fee

We will refund or send you a new electric scooter(parts and accessories are not applicable) and pay the courier fee if the product is a factory defect.

If we determine that you are not eligible for a refund,  the scooter will be shipped by courier at your own cost to the return address.

Payments will be refunded back to the original payment method within 21 working days of us receiving the return.
